Analysis of surgical outcomes, patient follow-up, and evaluation of the Peniflex implant properties led to the development of our own domestic synthetic implant.
International Masterclass
On February 15–16, 2025, as part of the International Urological BRIDGE Project, a surgical masterclass on penile augmentation was held. Master lectures were given, and 5 penis enlargement surgeries using the Peniflex implant were performed at the Professor's Maka-Med Clinic (Moscow) by leading surgeons from Turkey.
Analysis of Results
Careful analysis of surgical outcomes, patient follow-up during the postoperative period, and evaluation of the Peniflex silicone implant (its positive and negative properties) allowed us to develop our own domestic synthetic implant in the same year.
Implant Characteristics
The device is made of medical-grade silicone (USA), which has passed all toxicological tests and holds a certificate of conformity.
Implant thickness: 6–7 mm.
Length: 13–15 cm.
Patent and Clinical Conclusion
A priority certificate for the patent "Method for Increasing Penile Thickness" No. 2025128190 dated 14.10.2025 was also obtained. The first successful implantation in volunteers convinced us that this method of surgical volume increase (thickening) of the penis is safe, predictable, highly promising, and needs further implementation in our country.
