Public Offer

1. General provisions

This document is a public offer under Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and sets out the terms of use of mandoctor.ru (the “Site”) and the procedure for booking a consultation.

The owner of the Site is Dmitry Gennadievich Kurbatov, MD, professor, urologist-andrologist (the “Owner”). Contact: professorkurbatov@gmail.com.

The Owner may amend this offer. Amendments take effect upon publication on this page and do not apply to relations that arose earlier. The current version is always available at mandoctor.ru/en/offer/.

2. Definitions

Site — mandoctor.ru with all information and services published on it.

User — any person using the Site.

Request — the User’s enquiry sent through the Site form or by email, with contact details and a description of the question.

Clinic — a licensed medical organisation where the Owner sees patients; the list and addresses are published on the Contacts page.

3. Subject

The Owner provides the User with access to reference and educational materials about the techniques used, and the option to send a request for an in-person or remote consultation.

Sending a request is an enquiry about arranging a consultation. It is not a surgery booking, creates no obligation to perform any procedure, and involves no payment through the Site.

4. Acceptance

Submitting the form with the corresponding box ticked constitutes acceptance of this offer and agreement with the Privacy Policy.

5. What the Site is not

The materials on the Site are informational and are not medical advice, a diagnosis or a prescription. They do not replace an in-person examination.

Indications, contraindications, expected outcome and cost are determined only at an in-person consultation following examination. The ranges and descriptions published on the Site reflect typical cases and are not a promise of a specific result for a specific patient. Any price information on the Site is for reference and does not constitute a public offer as to price.

6. How a request is handled

  1. The User sends a request through the form on the Site or by email.
  2. The administrator contacts the User using the details provided to clarify the request and agree on a date.
  3. The consultation takes place at the Clinic chosen by the User, or remotely where possible.

The Owner does not guarantee a specific response time and may disregard requests with knowingly false contact details.

7. Medical services and payment

Medical services are provided by the Clinics under their licences. The contract for medical services is concluded by the patient directly with the Clinic, which also sets prices, payment terms, guarantees and refund procedures.

The Site does not accept payments.

8. Rights and obligations of the parties

The Owner undertakes to keep the reference information on the Site accurate and to keep the details received in requests confidential in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

The Owner may change the content of the Site without prior notice and engage an administrator to handle requests.

The User undertakes to provide accurate contact details; not to use the Site for spam, automated data collection or other actions that disrupt its operation or infringe third-party rights; and not to submit third-party personal data without their consent.

9. Use of the Site and intellectual property

The content of the Site — texts, photographs, diagrams, video, design elements — is protected by law. Copying and distribution for commercial purposes without the right holder’s written consent is not allowed; quoting is permitted with an active link to the source.

Patient photographs are published with their consent; copying and distributing them is prohibited.

Interfering with the Site’s operation, attempting unauthorised access, automated data collection and sending knowingly false requests are not allowed.

10. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Cookie terms are set out in a separate document.

11. Liability

The parties are liable in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

The Owner is not liable for decisions made by the User independently on the basis of Site materials without an in-person consultation; for temporary unavailability of the Site for reasons beyond the Owner’s control; or for the Clinics’ actions in providing medical services — the Clinics are liable for those as parties to the contract with the patient.

12. Dispute resolution

Disputes are resolved through negotiation. A pre-trial claim procedure is mandatory; claims are sent to professorkurbatov@gmail.com, with a response period of 30 calendar days from receipt. Failing agreement, the dispute is referred to a court under the jurisdiction rules of the legislation of the Russian Federation. Governing law — the law of the Russian Federation.

13. Final provisions

The invalidity of any individual provision of this offer does not invalidate the remaining provisions. The offer is valid indefinitely until withdrawn or replaced by a new version.
