Exactly one year ago I had surgery with Professor Dmitry Gennadievich Kurbatov at the Maka-Med clinic. A new thickening silicone plate was placed.

I am extremely satisfied with the result of this surgery.

Before the operation the penile circumference was 12 cm, after — 17. The enlargement result is impressive. Moreover, the implant looks very natural and is not noticeable — the surgery was performed with high quality, excellent work.

An additional positive effect is an increase in penile "firmness" during erection — which is a great plus for sexual intercourse.

The best procedure currently available for improving male dignity.

During my initial research on the topic of erect length enhancement, I had visited this forum some one and a half years ago. […] I was looking for someone who had undergone this surgery under Dr. Kurbatov. I could not find any testimonials then, so I contacted the Doctor directly. Things went moving, and this year in January I was operated by him in Moscow.

Before the surgery, my erect length was around 12.5 cm, and after the surgery I have gained some 3 cm to be 15.5 cm.

I must thank Dr Kurbatov and his team for taking me through this complicated surgery. I was a bit afraid to undergo this surgery, but the Doctor has been very supportive and always shared any query that I asked. Though English is not his first language, his English knowledge is good and he interacted with me in English, both while talking and on WhatsApp and email. I got operated in a clinic in Moscow which was very advanced and the staff was very helpful. I was supposed to stay in the clinic for 4 days after the operation and then go to a nearby hotel, but the Doctor helped me by making my stay for the entire duration in the clinic itself. […] He also kept in touch once I came back to my home. I kept on asking queries and he always responds quickly.

Another thing that you must know is that the penis goes a bit thinner due to this process, so that is one thing you must keep in mind.

I had done PE for several years, experienced good gains, but eventually hit a brick wall. I went over a year with absolutely no progress. A friend of mine mentioned Dr Kurbatov over a year ago, and recently I went through the process of surgery with him and his team. I gained 2.5 cm, measured intraoperatively, and then an additional 1–2 cm over the following months (after regaining length lost from retraction). […] I'm a little over 6 months post-op now.

My experience with Dr Kurbatov and his team was really good, and the pain was honestly not bad. I think a key point is just being diligent with aftercare (dressing changes followed by consistent pumping until the tissue relaxes and the grafts are replaced by endogenous tissue). My current focus is erection quality. As expected, dissecting the corpora cavernosa creates scar tissue, and it takes time to break that down. Anyway, I'm happy so far.

I came to Professor Dmitry Kurbatov for ligamentotomy after an extremely unsuccessful experience with another specialist. The previous operation led not to a penile increase but to the length decreasing by 1 cm, which was a big blow to me. It is known that standard ligamentotomy does not increase the penis in the erect state (flaccid elongation occurs only). But thanks to Dr. Kurbatov's modified technique my surgery was successful and the result exceeded all expectations. The doctor achieved significant penile lengthening in both flaccid and erect states! The final increase was +3 cm. I'm just thrilled!

Many thanks for the Professor's highest professionalism and for his skills: he corrected another surgeon's mistakes and also achieved results that were impossible with the standard approach.
