Cookie Policy

1. General provisions

This document explains which cookies and similar technologies mandoctor.ru uses, why they are needed and how to manage them.

Analytics technologies are enabled only after consent, given in the banner on the first visit. Strictly necessary ones are always used, as the Site cannot work without them.

2. What cookies are

A cookie is a small text file a website stores in the browser. On the next visit the browser returns it to the site, letting the site recognise the browser and remember choices and settings. Cookies do not run programs and do not carry viruses.

Alongside cookies, the Site uses the browser’s local storage (localStorage) to keep the choice made in the cookie banner.

3. Technologies used

Strictly necessary. The Site cannot work without them, so they are always set and require no consent: technical cookies verify that the booking form was submitted from our Site and not forged; they limit submission frequency to protect against spam; a localStorage entry keeps your choice made in the cookie banner.

Analytics. Yandex Metrica cookies of the _ym_* type — anonymised visit statistics. They are set only after “Accept” is clicked in the banner. If “Necessary only” is chosen, the counter is not loaded at all and no requests are made to Metrica servers.

The Site uses no third-party marketing or advertising cookies. Data is not passed to advertising networks to show you ads on other sites.

4. Purposes

• protecting the booking form from forgery and automated submissions;
• storing the choice made in the cookie banner;
• measuring site usage and understanding which sections visitors use — with consent.

5. Third-party services

The Site runs the Yandex Metrica counter (number 108964034), operated by Yandex LLC. Session replay (Webvisor) is enabled to analyse interface usability; recording is anonymised and data entered into the form is not collected by Metrica.

Yandex Metrica’s data processing is governed by Yandex LLC’s own documents.

6. Changing your choice or opting out

The choice made in the banner is stored in your browser. To reset it and see the banner again, clear the site data in your browser settings (“Cookies and site data”), or open the Site in a private window.

You can also manage cookies in browser settings: block them entirely, delete stored ones or allow them selectively. Instructions are available in the help sections of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Yandex Browser and Microsoft Edge.

Yandex Metrica data collection can be disabled separately with Yandex’s official opt-out tool.

Note: with cookies fully blocked, the booking form may stop working — this is a limitation of the technology, not a deliberate restriction.

7. Cookies and personal data

Cookies by themselves do not reveal your identity. Where cookie data is combined with data you provided yourself (for example, a request), such processing is governed by the Privacy Policy.

8. Changes

The list of technologies used may change as the Site develops. The current version is always published on this page; the date of the last change is shown at the top.
