How the Surgery Is Performed
The implant is placed under the penile skin along the cavernous bodies through a circumferential skin incision around the glans. After skin mobilization, the implant is fixed and modeled according to the shape and size of the organ, then the skin is returned to its position and the incision edges are sutured.

I am extremely satisfied with the result of this surgery.
Before the operation the penile circumference was 12 cm, after — 17. The enlargement result is impressive. Moreover, the implant looks very natural and is not noticeable — the surgery was performed with high quality, excellent work.
